Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, with the ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Strong BPMN skills (mid-level to senior), including the ability to guide others and apply best practices. Experience with end-to-end business transformation and process analysis. Experience performing requirements analysis from the epic level. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align program teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Ability to handle complex business analysis assignments independently. Experience with functional testing and exposure to technical testing. Analyze business processes and translate BPMN models into data models to support collaboration with data and API teams. Perform information analysis, including domain modeling, platform architecture alignment, and business architecture fit assessment. Support the Qualification and Training domain, focusing on business requirements related to the rostering process and the realignment of business capabilities from current tracking applications.
