Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. Strong data analysis skills with proven experience in SQL and familiarity with APIs. Experience producing clear, structured, and reliable documentation and requirements. Knowledge of business process modeling is an advantage. Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to build business relationships and take initiative when required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues, remain result-oriented, and persevere to achieve objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and bridge communication between teams in the Netherlands and Hungary. Support the Product Team in maximizing product value by ensuring solutions are developed according to validated requirements, driving user adoption, and enabling business change. Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and collaborate closely with subject matter experts. Maintain continuity of deployed products by supporting incident management, technical configurations, and standby support activities. Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, design future-state processes, and support business process changes. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into product features, and support the Product Owner in feature prioritization. Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
