Business Analyst

Job Description:• Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across Defi and TradFi space• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical artifacts• Define end-to-end workflows spanning onboarding, trading, settlement, and asset servicing• Collaborate closely with front offices, trading desks, custody operations, compliance, and engineering teams• Support Agile ceremonies – backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and demos• Act as Proxy Product Owner, driving backlog prioritization and delivery outcomes• Develop process models, data flows, and integration requirements (APIs, platforms)• Support UAT, release readiness, and production validationMandatory skills:• Capital Markets – Trade Lifecycle, Settlement, Reconciliation• Digital Assets, Cryptocurrencies, Stablecoins, Crypto Custody, Wallets, and Trading Platforms• Blockchain & Digital Assets (Tokenization, DLT platforms)• AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Regulatory Compliance• Business Analysis in Agile (User Stories, Backlog, Acceptance Criteria)• Requirement Translation (Business → Functional → Technical)Desired skills:• Experience with institutional custody platforms (Fireblocks, BitGo, Anchorage, etc.)• Exposure to tokenized assets / RWA / digital securities• Strong understanding of exchange, broker-dealer, or custodian ecosystems• Data analysis and reporting in trading/custody environments
