Business Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product features.Perform business process analysis and support process improvements.Create clear functional documentation and user stories.Conduct Integration Testing (IT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Support incident management and maintain continuity of deployed applications.Investigate data and integration issues using SQL and APIs.Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.Support change management and drive successful business adoption.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing data.Good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.Knowledge of Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Fluent English; Dutch language skills are highly preferred.
