Job Title: Business Analyst – AI & AutomationCompany: Aaratech Inc.Experience: 3–4 yearsCompensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per yearWork AuthorizationAt this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Job SummaryAaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – AI & Automation to support business transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence and automation solutions. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business and functional requirements for AI and automation projects.Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions.Develop process documentation, reports, and business workflows.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.Present business insights and project recommendations to stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or digital transformation projects.Experience with business process analysis and requirements documentation.Basic understanding of AI, automation, and business intelligence concepts.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.Any certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.About Aaratech Inc.Aaratech Inc. is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative solutions across cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise domains.
