At our core, we are dedicated partners committed to securing the mission with innovation, integrity, and measurable impact.Job SummaryThe Business Analyst supports operational services, collaborates with stakeholders, analyzes performance data, manages requirements, facilitates agile ceremonies, and develops operational documentation to improve efficiency and ensure mission success.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and operational requirements across multiple programs and security enclaves.Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational services through process analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.Define and maintain incident management, escalation, and notification procedures.Monitor and report on operational metrics, SLOs, and service performance metrics.Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and operational requirements.Required Qualifications3+ Years of Cyber Triage3+ Years of Enterprise Performance Reporting5+ Years of Escalations & Notifications Experience3+ Years of Executive Presentations Experience5+ Years of Incident ManagementPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting IT Operations, Enterprise Support, or Mission Operations environments.Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-based delivery environments.Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and operational governance frameworks.Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management skills.Experience working within government or highly regulated environments.Ability to translate complex technical information into actionable business recommendations for both technical and executive audiences.Equal Opportunity StatementDisruptive Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
