Business Analyst

Business Analyst Polyclinic.ae - a multidisciplinary clinic opened in November 2023 in Dubai, in the Jumeirah area. The clinic has all the necessary modern equipment for diagnosis and treatment; a team of doctors from all major specialties of dentistry and general medicine is fully prepared to provide expert medical care to families in different languages. Most doctors and staff speak Russian, English, and other languages, and use both Russian and international protocols in their work. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do·        Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.·        Model and optimize business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.·        Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.·        Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.·        Prioritize product initiatives based on user needs and business objectives.·        Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.·        Align technical requirements with engineering and business stakeholders.·        Monitor product development progress and help mitigate delivery risks.·        Participate in sprint and product planning activities.·        Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.·        Identify new opportunities to enhance products and optimize business processes. What We're Looking For·        Bachelor's degree (Technical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus).·        5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager.·        Proven experience in IT projects, enterprise applications, and systems integration.·        Experience with business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.·        Strong experience creating and maintaining product documentation, including:* Product Roadmaps* Backlogs* User Stories* Functional Requirements* Process Documentation·        English proficiency at B2 (Intermediate) or higher.·        Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.·        Strong prioritization skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity.·        A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.  Why Join Us?Work in a prestigious healthcare center in Dubai, UAE.Be part of digital transformation in the medical field.Collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.Career growth opportunities in a fast-evolving organization.
