Business Analyst

Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Regulatory and Compliance experience to support the global rollout of the Commercial Cards platform across 40+ markets. The candidate will be responsible for assessing country-specific regulatory requirements, analyzing compliance impacts, and ensuring that future-state solutions align with local and global regulations.Key Responsibilities Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple markets and jurisdictions.Perform regulatory impact assessments for product rollout and platform changes.Work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to identify and address regulatory obligations.Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements and functional specifications.Support country rollout activities by assessing local regulatory gaps and remediation needs.Maintain regulatory requirement repositories, traceability matrices, and compliance documentation.Participate in governance forums and stakeholder discussions related to regulatory compliance.Support testing and implementation activities from a regulatory perspective.Required Skills & Experience 7–11 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.Strong experience working on Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, AML, KYC, Data Privacy, Consumer Protection, or related initiatives.Experience supporting multi-country or global transformation programs.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of banking operational and regulatory environments.Ability to work with global stakeholders across regions.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.
