Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technology Business Analyst to support the OBKYC (Onboarding & KYC) platform delivery team. The role is focused on business analysis and delivery execution, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive requirements through the project lifecycle.This is a delivery-focused BA role and does not require process engineering, operations transformation, or deep KYC expertise.Key Responsibilities• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize requirements.• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.• Facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions.• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog grooming.• Coordinate with technology teams throughout development and testing phases.• Support SIT, UAT, and implementation activities.• Ensure requirement traceability and delivery alignment.• Manage stakeholder communications and project reporting.Required Skills & Experience• 7 - 11 years of Business Analysis experience.• Strong experience in technology delivery and change initiatives.• Proven expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.• Experience working with Product Owners and development teams.• Strong UAT and delivery support experience.• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Financial Services or Banking domain experience.Preferred Skills• Exposure to Client Due Diligence (CDD), Client Onboarding, or KYC programs.• Experience in digital transformation programs.• Agile delivery experience.Not Required• KYC experience is not mandatory.• Operations experience is not required.• Process engineering/re-engineering experience is not required.Additional Requirement• Immediate joiners only.• Candidates currently serving short notice periods or available immediately will be prioritized
