Business Analyst

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Business Analyst🔹Possible locations: Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Łódź.Hybrid setup required: 60% of working days in the office for Łódź, currently 40% for Warsaw and Gdynia/Gdańsk (most probably 60% from Sept/Oct).✔️Responsibilities:Analyze current business processes and ways of working to ensure that the parties understand what is needed and when.Drive and coordinate business improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders from business users to tech developers.Facilitate workshops, perform data-driven analysis, document requirements, and support the implementation of process enhancements.✔️Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within large and complex organizations.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology teams.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.Nice to have:Experience in Financial Accounting, Traded Financial Instruments, Liquidity area
