We are looking for a Business Analyst to help a leading player in the insurance industry bridge the gap between business needs and high-impact IT solutions!💡 What You’ll DoDrive Business Requirements: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather, define, and document business needs.Process Optimisation: Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and design clear, optimized workflows.Bridge Business & IT: Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specs for development teams.Agile Project Delivery: Support end-to-end delivery, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, communicating progress, risks, and updates clearly.🎯 What We’re Looking ForExperience: Around 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role (experience in insurance/financial services or software environments is a plus).Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis & visualisation tools (Excel, Visio), basic SQL, and an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Methodologies: Solid grounding in Agile / Scrum frameworks.Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and business process modelling skills.Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Language: Excellent command of English; Spanish fluency is a plus!🌟 Why Apply?
