Cyber Security Business Analyst – Utilities - £450 pd Inside IR35We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme within the utilities sector. This role will support the delivery of security initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to gather, analyse, and document business and security requirements.The successful candidate will have a strong business analysis background combined with experience delivering cyber security projects. Previous experience within the utilities, water, energy, or other regulated infrastructure sectors would be highly advantageous.Key Skills:Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on cyber security or information security programmes.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using recognised BA methodologies.Knowledge of cyber security concepts such as: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Operations, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Governance & Compliance, Cyber RiskExperience producing process maps and facilitating workshops.Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Previous experience within the water, utilities or energy sectors (desirable)Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: 3 months initially with high chance of extensionLocation: Reading (3 days per week on site, 2 days remote)
