The position will be full time.Mandatory Skills:Requirement elicitations and stakeholder managementDomain-driven design (DDD) principles and approachEvent Storming and Big picture methodology for micro servicesDevelop the Ubiquitous language bounded context and Context Map for the systemBusiness process modelling notation (BPMN) and modelling techniquesBanking/Insurance/Telecom domain knowledge with hands-on experienceScrum Master and Agile Mythologies [Confluence, JIRA, TFS or MS Dev Ops]Manual/Automation/UAT testingStrong experience in the domain of Auction business model with Retail & Financial products and services.Hands on experience as Admin on Salesforce Sales/Service cloud and knowledge on MS DynamicsProficient in Mentoring end users on application functionalitiesExpert in Program/Project ManagementHands-on experience on UX designGood knowledge of DBMS and SQL queriesJob Description:Expertise in design and implementation of Enterprise Systems using Domain-Driven Development DDD , Feature-Driven Development FDD and Service Oriented Architecture SOAGood knowledge and work experience in Telecom/ Banking/Insurance/Salesforce Sales, Service cloud and MS Dynamics 365Work as a Liaison between customer's business users and Development/QA team to bridge the gap between business and technical teamsAbility to participate in requirement capture from various stakeholders and preparingBRD, FRS, Use Case Diagrams, High Level and Detailed Process Flows, and Domain Model as well as standardize a process.Experience on requirement elicitation for Web/Desktop and Mobile (Android/iOS) applicationManage the effects and impact of requested changes to established projects, systems, and applications, as well as the identification and communication of project risks.Knowledge on Dual track agile helix and P3 framework for Product Engineering.Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements (both business, functional and non-functional requirements).Delivery of Services requirements, including As Is and Gap Analysis models, cost and competitive analysis, in order to create an information baseline that supports the definition and rollout of competitive services solutions to fulfil requirements.Deliver business solution design documentation requirements or user stories, producing the relevant artefacts to ensure traceability of design principles.Work with the business on high quality solutions, including the Product team and Tech team stakeholders to lead and facilitate business requirements gathering, ensuring high quality and adequate coverage.Consult with the business and product owners to priorities and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timelines, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective.Apply Agile frameworks, techniques and processes and overlay agile reporting and governance to deliver incremental value to areas of responsibility.Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.continuous flow based on customer demand.Experience in transforming a business as it scales and grows, ideally having had some experience in a fast growth fin-tech Company (or both).Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.Experience in developing UI design for Web/Mobile and Desktop application.Solid experience ‘Agile’ methodologies and experience working with developers.Solid knowledge in generating process documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.Salary: AUD$100,000 and above (excluding Super)
