We have an urgent requirement for Business Analyst of our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE locationGather business requirements from stakeholders and perform detailed analysis.--MustPrepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and complete business process documentation.--MustAnalyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.--MustKey ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements from stakeholders and perform detailed analysis.Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and complete business process documentation.Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.Design workflows, approval processes, and business rules to support organizational needs.Coordinate with business users during requirement gathering, UAT, and production rollout.Document user manuals, process flows, and training materials.Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions.Validate business rules and ensure compliance with FANR procedures.Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Participate in UAT, defect management, and release sign-off.Skills: business analyst,frs,business requirements
