Business Analyst

Business Analyst (eDV Cleared) Location: hybrid - Cheltenham or LondonSalary: starting at £50k / annum + bonusesClearance: highest level of enhanced clearance MUST be active - will not consider applications without clearance in placeKey ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyse, and document business and operational requirements.Facilitate workshops with operational users, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and use cases.Support capability gap analysis and options assessment.Translate operational needs into actionable technical and delivery requirements.Support testing, acceptance, and business readiness activities.Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivered outcomes.Skills/KnowledgeThe role requires the following key skills / knowledge, non-exhaustively:Requirements engineering and management.Process modelling and business analysis techniques.Agile and traditional delivery approaches.Stakeholder engagement and facilitation.Operational analysis and capability assessment.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or other Data Visualisation tooling.
