Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support several key digital licensing initiatives within a large and complex Queensland public sector ICT environment. This role will lead the analysis and documentation of current and future-state business processes and requirements, helping deliver integrated and effective digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, subject matter experts, senior stakeholders and implementation partners.Contract detailsInitial 12 Month ContractPossible extensionBrisbane inner-city + 2 days WFHOccasional travel to other work locations may be requiredKey responsibilities:Lead business analysis activities across complex ICT projects.Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder consultations.Document business, functional and system requirements.Develop current and future-state process models.Lead business process and system modelling using BPMN, UML or use cases.Provide advice on appropriate business analysis techniques and methodologies.Work collaboratively within an Agile delivery environment.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Support the planning and review of existing systems and manual processes.About you:More than five years of relevant business analysis experience.Experience leading BA activities on large-scale, complex ICT projects.Strong digital transformation or systems implementation experience.Excellent workshop facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated business process and system modelling experience.Knowledge of BABOK-aligned business analysis practices.Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience delivering systems influenced by legislation, policy, licensing or regulatory requirements will be highly regarded.Apply NowTo apply, please send your resume or contact Abbie for a confidential discussion: abbie@blackroc.co / 0413 444 157
