Here, your career feeds something meaningful – for the planet, for people and for generations to come.About the Role - Assist business in implementing technology solutions (SAP, CTRMs) in an effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.Key Responsibilities:Act as communication bridge between business and IT department by translating business requirement into system specifications and vice-versa translate system requirements/limitations into business language for users.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design end-to-end data integration workflows.Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating system/process requirements and formats.Recommend improvements for system/process by studying current practices; designing modifications where applicable.Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.Maintains system/process protocols by writing and updating procedures.Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing support; training users.Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value.Acts as a key project facilitator, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and continuous tracking of project milestones.Analyzed complex system datasets for quality issues, recommend precise data patching while collaborating with engineering to address root-cause system glitches.Job Requirements:Bachelor degree in Business, Computer science, or IT related field3-5 years of experience in business/system analyst roles in a commodity related firm.Prior Experience with SAP/AGBExperience in data visualization techniques and toolsBasic knowledge in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsAbility to analyze logs and trace transactionsDisclaimer: GAR conducts recruitment solely through official channels and will never request payment or personal financial information; any communication outside these channels should be treated as fraudulent.
