Business Analyst – AutomationAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst – Automation to help improve business processes through automation. You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document current business processes.Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows.Gather and document business requirements.Develop or support automation solutions using Power Automate.Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.Create reports and track process improvements, such as cycle time and error reduction.Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.RequirementsAround 2-3 years of Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.Must have IT Infrastructure Project Coordination experience.Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration.Working knowledge of SQL and Python.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExperience with Power BI or Tableau.Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification.
