Join us to build the next generation of global fintechRole: Senior Business Analyst / SMELocation: DubaiExperience: 10+ YearsDomain: Banking / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking (TB)Key Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Corporate Banking to lead end-to-end product implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead corporate banking product implementations across the complete delivery lifecycle.Conduct Product Walkthrough Workshops and lead Gap Analysis sessions.Author detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and comprehensive product documentation.Provide continuous functional support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications & Experience8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain.Strong domain expertise in Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Virtual Account Management (VAM), and Channel Banking.Practical knowledge of Channel Banking applications (Web, Mobile, Open APIs) and payment platforms.Deep understanding of banking platform architectures, core modules, and end-to-end functional flows.Exceptional problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.Self-starter mindset: Ability to own deliverables and operate independently with minimal guidance.Preferred / Bonus SkillsHands-on experience in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance (SCF).Prior experience implementing or working with major Corporate/Retail Banking Platforms or specialized Payment Platforms.
