Apply & track with Apply EdgeBusiness Analyst | Digital Health Program12 Month Initial Contract + Extension Options Hybrid Working Arrangement Locations: NSW, ACT or QLD APS6 Equivalent OpportunityWe are seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major national digital health initiative focused on improving healthcare outcomes through technology, data and connected digital services.Working within a high performing team, you will play a key role in conformance testing, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance activities across complex digital health systems. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing to large scale government technology programs.About the RoleReporting to the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for performing complex analytical and testing activities, supporting vendor conformance processes, executing and assessing test cases, and providing guidance to development teams throughout the testing lifecycle.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyse and resolve complex issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, risk management activities and successful project delivery outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review and assess conformance and testing specificationsExecute and evaluate conformance test cases across multiple vendor solutionsConduct observed testing activities and support vendor representatives through testing processesProduce accurate, detailed and auditable test outcome recordsAnalyse business and technical issues and recommend practical solutionsSupport quality assurance, compliance and data auditing activitiesContribute to risk assessment and risk management activitiesBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across technical and business teamsAssist with strategic planning, project delivery and business improvement initiativesMonitor and assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancementProvide specialist advice and support across programs and projectsAbout YouTo be successful, you will demonstrate:Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Analyst in complex ICT environmentsExperience developing and assessing test cases and testing frameworksStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilitiesKnowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologiesExperience in quality assurance, compliance, data auditing or governance activitiesDemonstrated experience applying risk assessment methodologiesIntermediate to advanced skills in Visio, Excel and Microsoft WordAbility to work independently while managing competing prioritiesHighly DesirableExperience working within healthcare, digital health or health technology environmentsExperience with conformance testing and compliance programsExperience working within government or regulated environmentsWhat's on OfferInitial 12-month contractUp to 2 x 12-month extension optionsHybrid working arrangements with flexibility availableOpportunity to contribute to nationally significant digital health initiativesCollaborative and supportive team environmentWork across a range of innovative programs and technologiesRequirementsMust hold a Baseline Security ClearanceAustralian working rights requiredIf you are an experienced Business Analyst with strong testing, stakeholder management and analytical skills, and are passionate about improving outcomes through digital innovation, we would love to hear from you.
