The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven projectsWork closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into actionable insightsCollaborate with technical teams (AI/ML, data engineering) to define solution approachesPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizationPrepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-makingSupport implementation and testing of AI solutionsMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goalsIdentify process improvement opportunities using AI and automationRequired Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in AI / Data / IT projects)MBA (Business Analytics / IT / Operations / Strategy preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision-makingExperience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentationProficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or TableauExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsPreferred SkillsExposure to AI/ML tools or platformsKnowledge of SQL, Python (basic level is a plus)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentFamiliarity with automation tools or data platformsUnderstanding of business process mapping
