This critical program is focused on analysing existing clinical rostering environments across the organisation and identifying opportunities to improve integration with enterprise Workforce Management and Roster-to-Pay solutions. Working within a highly collaborative team, you will engage with business, clinical, ICT and executive stakeholders to influence future workforce management strategy and decision-making. Your new role As the WFM Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and documentation of rostering systems, business processes, workflows and integrations across a complex healthcare environment. You will partner with operational, workforce management, payroll and technical stakeholders to document current-state processes, define future-state requirements and provide strategic recommendations that support enterprise workforce management objectives. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large and complex organisations.Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping and business analysis documentation.Experience developing BRS, SRS, use cases and future-state business process models.Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.Experience working with workforce management, rostering, HR and/or payroll systems.The ability to analyse integrations, data flows and enterprise business processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.Previous experience within a large healthcare environment.Knowledge of clinical rostering, workforce management and roster-to-pay processes.What you'll get in return Opportunity to work on a high-profile workforce management initiative | Hybrid working | Brisbane based What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
