As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives, working across governance, process improvement and business transformation while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse business requirements.Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business.Map and improve business processes.Produce clear business documentation and user stories.Support solution design, testing and successful business adoption.Work alongside project and technology teams to deliver change initiatives.QualificationsExperience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (3 years plus). Strong Business and Process Analysis experience is required.Required SkillsStrong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
