Business Analyst

Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets, including Derivatives and Margin. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering technical solutions for capital markets applications.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.Perform business process analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams throughout the SDLC.Conduct data analysis and support solution design, testing, and implementation.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure solutions align with regulatory and industry standards.Required Skills:7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, including Derivatives and Margin.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis.Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.Mandatory Certification:IIBA Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA)Mandatory Skills: Capital Markets (including Derivatives), Margin Analysis
