Senior Business Analyst – Asset Management TransformationWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale asset management transformation programme within the utilities sector.You will lead business analysis activities across the programme, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, assess solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in workshops, fit-gap analysis, decision-making, testing, business readiness, deployment planning and hypercare.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis activities across a complex transformation programme.Gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements.Conduct fit-gap analysis and support solution design discussions.Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder decision-making.Build strong relationships with business, technology and programme stakeholders.Support testing, business readiness, deployment and hypercare activities.Influence solution decisions based on business value and outcomes.Apply structured analysis and problem-solving to complex business challenges.Essential Skills & ExperienceExtensive business analysis experience, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.Strong asset lifecycle management experience, particularly within the utilities sector.Proven experience leading business analysis across large business transformation programmes.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.Experience supporting testing, deployment and business readiness activities.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working on digital transformation programmes.Knowledge of EU energy regulations and compliance frameworks.Experience working with European utility clients.ITIL or similar certification.PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile certification.Experience across end-to-end asset lifecycle transformation.
