Business Analyst

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Business Analyst position based in Singapore.Job Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for assigned regions, serving as a bridge between the Digital Solutions team and regional/front offices.Oversee performance tracking for designated regions, analyze root causes, and establish action plans to achieve set targets.Review cost allocations holistically, conduct monthly regional reviews, and provide clear solutions to inquiries from headquarters and regional offices.Provide reporting and analytical support to the department, delivering accurate insights and commentary to guide decision‑making.Support digital transformation by driving rollout of new solutions, identifying manual processes for improvement, and encouraging adoption among users.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.2–4 years of experience in interpreting data and presenting insights in a clear, actionable way.Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful reporting and follow‑up actions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions to diverse, international audiences.Proven capability to analyze complex information, compare outcomes, and recommend improvements.Airswift care deeply about equity, diversity and inclusion, and we actively seek talent from diverse and underrepresented groups.
