We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to help bridge business needs and technology solutions, support product initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital investment platform.Role OverviewThe Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of product and operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Support Product Managers in defining product requirements and prioritizing enhancements.Analyze customer journeys, operational workflows, and system processes to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and user acceptance activities.Monitor product performance and business metrics and provide insights and recommendations.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for business and technology stakeholders.Ensure requirements are aligned with regulatory, compliance, and operational standards relevant to financial services.Assist in change management, process documentation, and training materials when new features or processes are introduced.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, preferably in fintech, banking, investment services, or financial technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience writing business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and process-mapping tools.Comfortable working with data and interpreting business metrics.Preferred QualificationsExperience in investment platforms, brokerage, wealth management, trading, or capital markets.Knowledge of financial products such as ETFs, stocks, funds, or digital investment products.Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.Familiarity with regulatory environments relevant to investment services is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to join a growing fintech business with international exposure.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Competitive compensation package.Professional development and learning opportunities.Modern office environment and flexible working practices.
