قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجBusiness Analyst (Finance Transformation & Project Management) – Oracle FusionLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Finance Transformation / PMOExperience Required: 6+ YearsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Project Management capabilities to support strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, particularly within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The role will act as a critical liaison between Finance, IT, PMO, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of business improvement initiatives, process optimization, value realization, and governance activities.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of business analysis expertise, project coordination experience, financial process knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Process ImprovementGather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance and ERP domains.Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.Project Management & CoordinationSupport planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of Finance transformation projects.Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, and milestone reports.Monitor project progress and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies as required.Coordinate activities among Finance, IT, PMO, and external implementation partners.Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities.Governance & ReportingPrepare governance materials and project status reports for leadership reviews.Maintain risk registers, issue logs, decision trackers, and project documentation.Support steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.Value Realization & Performance MonitoringSupport tracking of value realization initiatives and business benefits.Develop performance metrics and dashboards to measure project outcomes.Conduct business impact assessments and improvement evaluations.Monitor achievement of transformation objectives and operational KPIs.Testing & Change ManagementCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect resolution.Support change management initiatives and user adoption programs.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and communication activities.Ensure readiness for deployment and transition to business operations.Data Analysis & ReportingPerform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities.Support financial reporting accuracy and data integrity initiatives.Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and business insights.Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.Preferred Industry Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Government, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Large Enterprise Organizations.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Business Transformation roles.Experience supporting Finance transformation projects and ERP implementations.Strong understanding of Finance processes including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed AssetsBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial ReportingExperience working within Oracle Fusion ERP environments.Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent certification.Oracle Fusion functional knowledge or implementation experience.Experience working with PMO governance frameworks.Exposure to digital transformation and business process optimization initiatives.Experience within large enterprise or government-sector environments.Technical SkillsOracle Fusion ERPBusiness Process AnalysisRequirements Gathering & DocumentationProject Planning & CoordinationProcess Mapping (Visio, BPMN)Risk & Issue ManagementData Analysis & ReconciliationExcel, PowerPoint, Power BIReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentUAT CoordinationSoft SkillsStakeholder ManagementCommunication & PresentationProblem SolvingCritical ThinkingTeam CollaborationOrganizational SkillsExecutive ReportingChange ManagementKey DeliverablesThe selected candidate will be responsible for delivering:Process Assessments and Gap Analysis ReportsBusiness Requirements Documents (BRDs)Functional Requirement SpecificationsProject Status Reports and Governance UpdatesRisk Registers and Action TrackersExecutive Management PresentationsUAT Coordination ReportsValue Realization Dashboards and Performance ReportsOperational Improvement RecommendationsTransformation Progress ReportsSuccess CriteriaThe successful candidate will:Enable efficient delivery of Finance transformation initiatives.Improve business processes and drive operational efficiencies.Ensure accurate project governance and reporting.Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technical teams.Support realization of targeted business benefits and transformation outcomes.
