Impactors focuses on measurable impact and is comfortable being evaluated by tangible changes in business performance and results.Role Description The Business Analyst will work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with client and internal teams to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement and digital transformation. The role involves developing recommendations and business cases, preparing clear reports and presentations, and supporting project teams in implementing approved changes. The Business Analyst will also facilitate workshops and meetings, coordinate with stakeholders at various levels, and help ensure that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering skills.Candidates should possess Business Process understanding and process improvement capabilities.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.Relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or digital transformation is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
