Business Analyst

Business Analyst We’re working with a leading financial services firm in London with an exceptional track record of growth over the last few years, looking for a business analyst to lead and drive change as well as connecting technology teams focused on equities with wider business functions.This is a hands-on-role, perfect for someone able to work and communicate with other department heads within the business while also taking responsibility and having a focus on improving trading infrastructure and systems.Our client needs:Expertise in being able to convert business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.Current business analyst or Project manager (or equivalent.)Experience working with order types, order book behaviour and auctions.Prior experience working with engineering teams in line with SDLC methodology.Previous experience involved with documentation and API specifications.We’re looking for:Someone comfortable in driving transformation across both business and technology teams.A proven track record previously with teams.An analytical and problem-solving mindset.Clear previous displays of organisational skills with multiple technology teams.Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and documentation.Proven track record of working on fast paced complex projects.In-depth knowledge of trading, in particular equities with dark pools and matching enginesThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business analyst to work with a leading financial services firm in London with an ambition to grow enormously.
