You will find our solutions supporting advanced AI initiatives, financial analytics, and enterprise-scale digital transformation across global organisations.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex system integration projects. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that functional, technical, regulatory, and customer requirements are translated into clear, traceable, and testable deliverables that support successful solution delivery.You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, release, and go-live—ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis activities including discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation.Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), business rules, process flows, integration specifications, and traceability documentation.Create and maintain Jira epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.Analyze end-to-end business processes, system interactions, transaction flows, and integration dependencies.Document integrations between enterprise applications, APIs, third-party platforms, and internal systems.Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Finance, Implementation teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure requirements remain traceable from discovery through development, testing, deployment, and production release.Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, scope changes, and implementation impacts.Support solution validation, defect triage, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and production deployment activities.Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Drive continuous improvement of business analysis processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or complex system integrations.Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments.Advanced experience using Jira to manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.Strong understanding of business process modelling, system interactions, integration dependencies, and transaction flows.Experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and integration specifications.Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Must-Have Technical SkillsAbility to understand API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, JSON payloads, sequence diagrams, and request/response examples at a functional level.Strong understanding of end-to-end system flows, transaction processing, integration dependencies, system boundaries, and data movement across distributed platforms.Working knowledge of authentication concepts, API endpoints, tokens, credentials, environment configuration, and release environments.Ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.Experience supporting integration projects involving multiple applications and third-party systems.Strong requirements traceability and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience within highly regulated industries such as gaming, lottery, financial services, payments, fintech, insurance, or healthcare.Experience supporting multi-country or multi-market platform implementations.Knowledge of reporting, reconciliation, transactional processing, promotions, loyalty, or payment workflows.SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.SAFe, IREB/CPRE, CBAP, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.Experience working on regulator-facing or audit-sensitive projects.Nice to HaveExperience with enterprise integration architectures.Familiarity with microservices-based environments.Understanding of release management and deployment processes.Experience supporting cloud-based applications and API-driven platforms.Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD environments.Contact: wojciech.bartosz@seargin.com Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
