Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.  Job Description·       Gather business requirements in the frame of o project execution·       Prepare business proposals for clients·       Identify areas for improvement within a business, using specific business KPIs·       Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve·       Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous company’s success stories·       Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients, all project stakeholders and third parties/vendors·       Participate actively in the implementation of projects as a team member·       Understand what stakeholders need and pass these requirements to the Professional Services team·       Ensure that the business analysis phase of a project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget·       Have an active role in the technological direction of the company and optimization of processes·       Prepare and/or execute testing scenarios and act as quality assurance team member for the solutions offered·       Work closely with consultants in the Professional Services department, potential external partners, the sales department and associates of the company Skills & Qualifications: ·       University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant technical-business field·       A Master’s degree in business administration or Management is a strong plus·       At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in IT area·       Experience in Analysis and Design of information systems·       Analytical and Critical thinking personality with problem-solving abilities·       Fast learning skills and quick adaptation in complex business environments·       Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Teams, Outlook)·       Fluency in English language, both written & spoken·       Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Customer focus -client relationship management·       Teamwork spirit & ability to cooperate effectively, Outstanding negotiating skills·       Decision-Making Skills·       Creation of Reports and DashboardsIntelli Solutions S.A. is a specialized IT consulting firm, member of Quest Group, focusing on Telecom, Financial, Manufacturing and Services sector.
