Please let me know if you're interested kindly send me your CV to kirthika.r@lancesoft.com🚀Title: Business analyst📍Location : Dubai- onsite🗓Duration : 1 year contract ⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days🔒 Key RequirementsFunctional Expertise • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform (Forms, Lists, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)• SAP ERP (functional knowledge), POS systems, CRM (Salesforce), E-commerce• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)• Practical understanding of generative and agentic AI Consulting & Data Awareness• Translate business needs into automation, AI, and data-driven solutions• Familiarity with ETL concepts, APIs, and Azure Data Warehouse / Synapse• Understanding of data quality, dependencies, and reporting readinessCore Skills • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills• Knowledge of project delivery and solution lifecyclePreferred certifications: PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, Copilot Studio (Applied Skills), CBAP• 5–10 years BA / functional consulting experience, preferably in Luxury retail
