The organization is committed to long-term partnerships, disciplined execution, and strengthening automotive manufacturing and localization in the UAE and wider region.Principal accountabilitiesMaintain reliable visibility of CEO-assigned actions, owners, deadlines, dependencies and escalation needs.Deliver accurate periodic and ad-hoc management reports on time.Analyze operating, commercial and financial information to support informed CEO decisions.Coordinate cross-functional tasks, projects and events without diluting functional ownership.Prepare concise presentations, meeting minutes, summaries and decision briefs.Support CEO meeting scheduling and follow-up when required.Provide occasional analytical and coordination support to the leadership team as prioritized by the CEO.Detailed responsibilitiesMaintain the CEO action tracker, confirm updates with accountable owners and escalate overdue or at-risk items with evidence.Coordinate inputs for weekly, monthly, Board and ad-hoc reports; check completeness, consistency and source traceability.Analyze reports, datasets, business cases and documents; identify trends, variances, dependencies, risks and decision points.Prepare executive summaries, option comparisons, dashboards and recommendations that distinguish facts, assumptions and open questions.Coordinate workplans, stakeholder meetings, management events and follow-up actions for CEO-sponsored initiatives.Prepare agendas, presentation packs, minutes and action summaries, normally issuing minutes within one working day.Coordinate the CEO's meeting schedule when requested, confirming purpose, participants, inputs, logistics and required decisions.Maintain controlled records, templates and version history for management reports and presentations while protecting confidentiality.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Candidates should possess Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and documentation of functional and non-functional needs.Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, prepare clear reports, and present findings to stakeholders.Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, including process mapping, optimization, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.Candidates should possess the ability to define and manage Business Requirements, ensuring alignment with operational goals and project objectives.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related sector is highly beneficial.Proficiency with business analysis tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset.
