Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects and delivery teams, you'll help understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of enterprise technology and digital solutions.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career across business analysis, technology and digital product delivery, with exposure to complex transformation programmes across Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities and translate them into clear technology requirements.Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements across digital and technology initiatives.Support stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions and business process analysis.Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support the development and refinement of product and delivery backlogs.Help prioritise requirements based on business needs, user impact and delivery objectives.Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.Gather stakeholder and user feedback to support ongoing improvements to products and technology solutions.Maintain clear documentation and communication between business and technology teams.About You:You'll have experience working as a Business Analyst within a technology, digital transformation or enterprise environment and be comfortable working between business and technology teams.You'll enjoy understanding business problems, engaging with stakeholders and translating requirements into practical solutions that technology teams can deliver.You'll be analytical, organised and collaborative, with an interest in developing broader experience across digital products and technology delivery.Experience in some of the following areas would be highly desirable:Business AnalysisDigital TransformationCRM & ERP PlatformsEnterprise ApplicationsSystems IntegrationBusiness Process ImprovementAgile DeliveryRequirements EngineeringUser Stories & Acceptance CriteriaBacklog RefinementStakeholder ManagementUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects and software development teams will be highly regarded.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within technology, digital transformation or enterprise environments.Experience supporting the delivery of digital, CRM, ERP or enterprise application projects.Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.Business Analysis, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Why Join Maximus?This is an opportunity to develop your career within a growing Technology function and gain exposure across business analysis, digital products and enterprise technology delivery.You'll work alongside experienced technology professionals on transformation programmes that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.If you're looking for your next challenge and want to develop your career within technology and digital delivery, we'd like to hear from you.
