Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Solution Architects and delivery teams, you'll help understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of enterprise technology and digital solutions.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career across business analysis, technology and digital product delivery, with exposure to complex transformation programmes across Saudi Arabia.What you’ll be doing:Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements across digital and technology initiatives.Support stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering and business process analysis.Develop clear business requirements, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Support product and delivery backlog refinement and requirements prioritisation.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Gather stakeholder and user feedback to support continuous improvement.Maintain clear communication and documentation between business and technology teams.What we’re looking for:3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within technology, digital transformation or an enterprise environment.Experience delivering digital, CRM, ERP or enterprise application projects.Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.Experience working with Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects and software development teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.Business Analysis, Agile or Scrum certifications are advantageous.Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essential.Why Maximus?You’ll join a growing Technology function and gain exposure across business analysis, digital products and enterprise technology delivery, working on transformation programmes that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.If you’re looking to take the next step in your Business Analysis career, we’d like to hear from you.
