We’re hiring: Senior Business Analyst – KrakówSparta Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a global financial services organisation in Kraków.This is a senior BA opportunity focused on business transformation, requirements management, process design and change implementation within a complex enterprise environment.What you’ll be doingLead requirements gathering, analysis and solution design across transformation initiativesTranslate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and designsDefine requirements management processes and develop structured business solutionsManage requirements traceability throughout design and deliveryIdentify impacts to target operating models and support the design of appropriate changesSupport process re-engineering and end-to-end process designBuild and contribute to business cases, considering investment, benefits and delivery impactSupport change implementation, including business readiness assessments, pilots and implementation planningWork closely with programme management on changes to scope, design, timelines and requirementsEngage stakeholders across business, technology and transformation teamsSupport communications, training and adoption of new processes and solutionsWhat we’re looking forStrong Business Analyst experience within complex transformation programmesExcellent requirements gathering, analysis and process-design skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and transformation frameworksStrong understanding of change management and implementation approachesExperience developing or contributing to business casesAbility to work with senior stakeholders and challenge requirements constructivelyStrong understanding of regulatory and commercial environmentsPrevious experience delivering change within banking or financial services is highly desirableExperience working across complex organisations, operations or technology environmentsLocation: Kraków, PolandSeniority: Senior Business AnalystSector: Financial Services / Banking TransformationThis is a strong opportunity for an experienced BA who enjoys working at the centre of large-scale transformation, bridging business requirements, technology delivery and organisational change.Interested?
