We strive to:· Maximize net revenue with the best possible margins· Minimize carbon emissions through lower energy consumption, reduced waste, and smarter use of raw materials· Optimize output with equivalent input at a lower cost· Reduce downtime and maintenance costs· Enhance safety and augment worker capabilities⛑️Job Role: Business Analyst📍Location: Noida/Chennai/MysoreExperience: 3 – 5 years (Only Manufacturing Experience Background can be considered )💼Key Responsibilities:Process Analysis & Solution Design· Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing processes through on-site shop floor observations.· Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.· Design and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.Client Engagement & Presales· Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and operational challenges.· Present and demonstrate solutions aligned with client requirements.· Support presales activities using insights from process analysis.Requirement Gathering & Documentation· Collaborate with clients to gather detailed functional and operational requirements.· Prepare clear and structured documentation for internal teams and client approvals. Solution Customization & Presentation· Customize solutions based on client needs and shop floor insights.· Develop and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing value propositions. Cross-functional Collaboration· Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with requirements.· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen presales strategies and materials.Feedback & Continuous Improvement· Collect post-implementation feedback from clients.· Recommend enhancements, additional features, and process improvements based on insights.Proposal Development & Management· Design and develop high-quality proposals and presentation decks.· Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness and relevance.· Manage end-to-end proposal submission, ensuring adherence to timelines and client specifications.Presentation & Content Development· Create visually compelling and data-driven presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.· Develop clear narratives to communicate complex concepts effectively.· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all materials.· Maintain templates and style guides for standardizationClient Interaction & Diagnostic Studies· Travel to client sites for in-depth process analysis and diagnostics.· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.· Identify optimization opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.Stakeholder & Project Coordination· Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (production, engineering, IT, quality, management).· Facilitate communication across departments to align expectations.· Coordinate with project managers for timely and efficient project delivery.Documentation & Reporting· Document current processes, workflows, and systems.· Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documents outlining findings and recommendations.💡 Technical Skills: SQL, Python, Power BI✅ Qualifications:· MBA / Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in the manufacturing industry.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex manufacturing processes into clear, actionable solutions.· Technical proficiency with business analysis tools and software, and a basic understanding of manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
