Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (Air Cargo/ Aviation)Location: DubaiYear of experience- 6+ YearsRequired Skills and Experience:• Strong knowledge of the Aviation and Air Cargo domain.• Hands-on experience with Air Cargo systems such as SkyChain, iCargo, Cargospot, and Croamis.• Experience in Product Ownership, including managing product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, and defining roadmaps.• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.• Ability to work closely with business users, operations teams, vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.• Experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation, sprint planning, UAT, and release management.• Understanding of system integrations involving APIs and interfaces with customs, ERP, finance, and warehouse systems.• Experience in data analysis and reporting, including KPI tracking and performance monitoring to support business decisions.• Strong Communication and Problem-Solving SkillsTo support the delivery of technology-driven products by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation through defining product requirements, prioritizing product backlog, ensuring technical feasibility, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Cargo systems.• Gather and define business requirements for cargo initiatives and system enhancements.• Work closely with business users, development, QA, Vendors, and other IT teams ensuring transparency and alignment.• Collaborates closely with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and align with enterprise architecture.• Create and prioritize user stories, manage sprint activities, and support Agile deliveries.• Reviews acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.• Oversee system enhancements, integrations, testing, and release activities.• Monitor product performance, resolve business issues, and drive continuous improvement.• Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver operational and commercial value.• Facilitates smooth adoption of new features by working with change management teams and providing necessary documentation/training
