We are looking for a focused Business Analyst to join our energetic team and assist us in our technology transformation journey.Job DescriptionBuild a deep understanding of the business, its products, processes and SOPs Identifying and documenting project objectives and benefits Eliciting, analysing, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products Translating business needs into clear, prioritised requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria). Producing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements Liaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Comfortable leading stakeholder analysis and managing expectations across business and technical teams. Contributing to change management activities by supporting communication and adoption of new processes or systems (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement through peer reviews, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practice BA techniquesQualificationsMinimum 5+ years experience working as a Business AnalystGood knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core productsExperience using requirement and project collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure, DevOps)Experience of working within IT project teamsThe ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple tasksStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityStrong attention to detailHigh-level of creativity, adaptability and persistenceEnergetic, passionate and drivenExperience with ERP systems or a finance background - desired Additional Information22 days annual leave increasing to 25 after 1 years service & with length of serviceFree onsite gym with weekly classes Free breakfast, lunch and snacks in our onsite canteen "The Hangar" Private healthcare and pensionCycle to work scheme2x giving back days per year Continued professional developmentCheck us out on social media!
