Business Analyst

Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.Process ImprovementAnalyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.Recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.Develop process maps, workflows, and gap analyses.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations based on performance metrics.Project SupportWork closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions.Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and objectives.Stakeholder ManagementServe as a liaison between business users and technical teams.Facilitate communication and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.2–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Experience with requirement gathering and business process documentation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.Understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
