Profile - Business AnalystExperience: 8-12 Years | Industry: Stock Broking / Capital MarketsLocation: Hallmark, Bandra, Mumbai | Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Stock Broking and Wealth Management to understand business requirements and coordinate with technology teams for application development and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze requirements from Trading, RMS, KYC, Compliance, PMS, Wealth, IPO, and Operations teams.Prepare BRD, Process Flows, and UAT documents.Understand business processes related to Trading, Risk Management, Client Onboarding, KYC, PMS, IPO, DP, Settlement, and Regulatory Compliance.Coordinate with Development and QA teams for requirement implementation and testing.Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases and coordinate with business users.Analyze production issues and provide requirement-level impact analysis.Required Skills8-12 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Stock Broking.Good understanding of RMS, Trading, KYC, Compliance, PMS, Wealth, IPO, DP, and Settlement.Strong requirement elicitation, documentation (BRD/FSD/user stories), and process-mapping skills (using tools like Visio).Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.Familiarity with reporting/BI tools (Power BI/Excel advanced functions) is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication to work effectively with both business (Ops/Compliance) and technical teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, regulation-sensitive environment.Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.Prior experience with broking software platforms (OMS/RMS/PMS/back-office systems) is highly desirable.
