Business Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements.Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs.Prepare business requirements and process documentation.Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.Work closely with development and QA teams.Review and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of software development processes.Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
