Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst (Good English)Location : Ho Chi Minh CityWe have shuttle busRole Description Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for software development.• Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and end-users to ensure solutions meet business needs.• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using industry￾standard practices.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate requirements and project updates.• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new and existing soft￾ware systems.• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software projects.• Support the creation of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).• Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.• Mentor and guide junior analysts as needed.Qualifications• Good communication in English Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in software development projects.• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodolo￾gies.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Proficiency in business analysis tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, etc.).• Ability to document requirements, workflows, and business processes clearly and con￾cisely.• Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and performing stakeholder manage￾ment.Preferred Qualifications:• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.Benefits“FPT care” health insurance and is exclusive for FPT employees.Annual Summer Vacation: follows company’s policy and starts from May every yearSalary review: 1 time per yearInternational, dynamic, friendly working environmentAnnual leave, working conditions follow Vietnam labor laws.Other allowances: lunch allowance, working on-site allowance, etc.---------------------------------------Contact for more detail: TrangNTT51@fpt.com
