Business Analyst

Location: Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, VietnamWe seek a skilled Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of experience (Presen/Seniorlevel) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between businessstakeholders and technical teamsKey Responsibilities● Analyze and document business requirements, create BRD, functional specifications,and user stories● Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements● Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes● Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes● Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing● Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendationsRequired Qualifications● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field● Minimum 4+ years of Business Analyst experience (must have)● Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have)● Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)● Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills (musthave)● Experience in Scope Management & CR handling (must have)● Have at least 1 project in highly regulated domain: Insurance, Banking,● Experience working with data and data analytic● Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...● Experience in Stakeholder management● Experience in Scope checking & scope management● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
