Our teams collaborate across Business, IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Management to improve processes, support business decisions, and deliver practical solutions that contribute to sustainable growth.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, reporting, and cross-functional projects.The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to understand business needs, analyze information, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, and support the implementation of effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.Work with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and operational needs.Document business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.Analyze business data and performance information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement initiatives.Work closely with IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.Translate business requirements into clear and practical recommendations.Assist with the evaluation and implementation of business systems and technology solutions.Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.Monitor project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes.Support user acceptance testing, system testing, and implementation activities.Identify business risks, process gaps, inefficiencies, and potential solutions.Maintain accurate requirements, process documents, project records, and analytical reports.Conduct market, competitor, customer, and operational research when required.Support data validation and ensure business information is accurate and consistent.Assist with developing KPIs and performance metrics for business processes.Provide regular updates and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, data analysis, or a related role is an advantage.Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.Good understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and basic data analysis.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar business tools.Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, CRM systems, project management platforms, or process-mapping tools is an advantage.Strong documentation and communication skills.Ability to organize information and present findings clearly.Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams.Good written and verbal English communication skills.UAE or GCC experience is not mandatory.Candidates with relevant business, operations, analytical, project, or technology experience are encouraged to apply.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Business Analysis Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development📊 Exposure to Business Analysis & Process Improvement🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🎯 Opportunity to Develop Analytical & Business Skills🌐 Exposure to Regional & International Business Operations
