Role: Senior Business AnalystLocation: London, UKExperience: 7+ YearsRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Shopify Architecture and eCommerce experience to join our team in LondonKey Responsibilities:Lead business analysis activities for Shopify / Shopify Plus eCommerce platforms and transformation initiatives.Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer journeys, and functional requirements.Analyse and document Shopify architecture, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end eCommerce processes.Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to validate proposed Shopify architecture and technical solutions.Analyse headless and composable commerce architectures, including Shopify Storefront APIs and custom storefront approaches.Required Skills:7+ years of Business Analysis experienceStrong Shopify / Shopify Plus experience – MandatoryStrong understanding of Shopify Architecture – MandatoryStrong eCommerce / Digital Commerce experienceExperience with Shopify integrations and APIsExperience with headless / composable commerceStrong requirements gathering and documentation skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with Solution Architects and engineering teamsAgile / Scrum experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
