About the CompanyBe a part of the Functional team in Payments Factory, understand existing bank processes in performing payments related work through the Bank’s payment eco-system.About the Role8 to 10 years of experience in working in digital payments space as a business analyst & Testing, preferred with a deep understanding of it.ResponsibilitiesDelivered successfully at least 3 technical projects in digital payments/banking with experience in functional backlog management and functional testing.Understanding of different payment flows - Translate these flows in functional requirements written into the form of agile epics and user stories.Understanding of different operations, middle and back office workflows - Translate these flows into functional requirements written in the form of agile epics and user stories.Writing clear and crisp acceptance criteria (and other supporting details) for each of the functional requirement/user story so that it is easy for development team to deliver the functionality with clear outcome.Liaise with bank’s Tech, Business and Operations teams to get clarity on existing functional flow and then communicate & explain the same to Bank’s engineering/development team.Liaise with bank regulatory control teams to explain the functionality of the product and clarify their queries, thus helping in complying with the bank’s functional regulatory requirements.Maintain functional backlog and groom the backlog with all the stakeholders on regular basis to refine the user stories and assign prioritization to them towards their development.Formulate functional test cases and execute these test cases and capture the test results with proper documentation and supporting evidence. i.e. Perform Development and UAT testing of the delivered features and produce documentation for the same.QualificationsA relevant engineering/business degree and relevant BA certification.Experience working in agile development culture would be a plus.Required Skills8-10 years of experience in digital payments as a Tester & business analyst.Deep understanding of digital payments and banking processes.Preferred SkillsExperience in functional backlog management and functional testing.Agile development experience.Experience: 8 to 10 Yrs.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
