Business Analyst | Investment Management BUWe’re currently supporting a search for a highly analytical Business Analyst with strong investment management expertise to join an exciting client engagement in the financial services space.This role sits at the core of discovery and solution design—translating complex investment operations into clear, structured, and scalable system blueprints.You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure that sophisticated investment requirements are accurately captured, designed, and delivered.Key responsibilities:• Lead client workshops to extract and document complex business requirements and pain points• Define functional architecture and solution blueprints for investment platforms• Translate investment strategies, regulatory changes, and market trends into actionable product requirements• Produce high-level functional specifications to guide development teams• Collaborate with Developers and QA to ensure alignment between design and implementation• Support smooth transition from design phase to build phase while preserving business intentWhat we’re looking for:• 4+ years of experience in Investment Management (Front / Middle / Back Office)• Strong understanding of asset classes, portfolio accounting, and investment workflows (OMS, settlements, NAV, performance attribution)• Ability to break down complex business problems into structured technical logic• Strong communication skills, able to bridge business and technical teams• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical approach• SQL knowledge is a plus• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsWhat’s on offer:• Salary starting from €2.500 gross + benefits• Hybrid model based in Athens• Private & Medical insurance• Ticket voucher
