Business Analyst

At least 2 certifications among:• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent• or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)[01] Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution[02] Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,[03] Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,[04] Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)[05] Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others[06] Presents excellent analytical and communication skills[07] Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively[08] Presents problem solving skills
